There is no justifiable reason (other than an inability to regulate and tax) for the government to disallow online gaming. The money we use to play has already been income taxed. The casinos/sportsbooks are tax-paying entities. Yet the government wants more...read expanded version
The Alternative: create a national gaming circuit and let us play! You've already done it with individual and multi-state lotteries. Why not with other forms of gambling? You don't want to have to fly to Vegas or Atlantic City or find a local bookie to bet on a game. You want to do it from the comfort of home on my computer. Create a damn system, make independent online casinos/books illegal (or have them apply for licenses), and give us back our liberty!!!
